Order still on Packaging

I ordered something and a few days ago it went from Processing to Packaging, and it has been stuck on Packaging for a few days now. I have not been charged as of yet, but it’s the 4th, and the delivery date is the 10th, and I’m starting to get worried. How long is the “Packaging” status supposed to be for, and when will it ship, and when will I be charged for the purchase? I see from other sites that host the same item, they’ve been charged days ago, and their items have shipped anywhere from 2 days ago, to today.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks! Really hoping to get this on the 10th, as it’s stated.

How about Cancellations !!
So very frustrating!! I’ve ordered the same item in different sizes that said they were available, L, XL, and XXL(about 9 times out of sheer frustration!!), and went from processing to packaging, and finally… after 12 or so hours? Only to cancel!!! It makes me so MAD & VERY DISAPPOINTED! … And looking at the supply left, it still shows quantity? Why is this happening? I was so excited to get this Erin Andrews Chiefs Sweater…I STILL WANT ONE!!! I even called twice. With NO answers as to why??
I need a refund for all these orders I tried to place from 2/1-2/8.

  Hi @arlette958, I sincerely apologize for the order cancelations. Your orders were canceled by the warehouse because they did not have the inventory to fulfill them. I checked and we no longer have any of those items available for sale. They are sold out and not available to order. Since the orders were canceled, any pending funds should have already been released back into your bank account. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

And now eight days. Is HSN offering any compensation for inconvenience?

  Two orders were estimated to arrive 1/25, and were delivered today, 1/28.

  Is it past the estimated delivery date? Usually, your package will arrive by then or within a few days after the estimated delivery date. I think customer service said your order should arrive by 1/28. I have had orders take that long to process and then once they are shipped, they are delivered within a few days. Hoping that you get your order soon!

I have items in “packaging” for seven days now. I think HSN is blaming the weather.

  I think that processing & packing has just been taking a little longer. I order a ton from HSN and all of my recent orders usually take 4-5 days to ship out & about 9 days to arrive (after I placed the order). They usually always arrive by the estimated delivery date given at checkout. But I always get my orders.

Idk what is going on and I’m really over it!
I ordered two for one with an awesome price and he’s not making these bottles anymore.
I ordered another set next night
My payment went through have my id number and at 3:17 am I get a notification on my phone it’s been returned..
WHY?? It was three days ago it said packaging.
I just had this problem with QVC on an Auto delivery and they are like it’s not available.Which he is tweaked from nature not making this one or at this price…..
Something is not right like every time it seems to go to the Warehouse…
Then I see 16 sold on eBay or Mercari still 6 left ..
Maybe they should check it out who’s putting it in to package idk I don’t want to accuse anyone but I’m SO upset !! Makes no sense why my order would be returned after 3 days payment going through and went from processing to packaging…. I wouldn’t of returned it !!!

  I ordered several sizes out of frustration, and they showed quantities available, only to get to packaging after 12 hrs or so… and then to cancel because it’s unavailable? Then you check the next day & it’s still available?? Maddening…

my original order stayed in packaging for 4 days then canceled, my new order is on day 2 of packaging worried going down the same road.

  Hi @anyname1, I completely understand your concern regarding your order status. It looks like the vendor was unable to fulfill your first order. We’re currently waiting on shipping details from the vendor, and once we receive it, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Your expected delivery date is 3/8/2023.

So I posted this two days ago, and the packaging status showed about a week ago. Delivery is supposed to be on the 10th; I’m getting really nervous now because there’s been absolutely no changes; I haven’t been charged, it still says “packaging”, I haven’t gotten a shipping notification/tracking, and It’s supposed to arrive on the 10th…

Any help would be great, thank you!

Thank you so much! No update as of yet, still on “packaging” with no changes, and no charges, but I’m hoping it will ship soon! Just a little nervous ‘cause it’s arrival date should be on the 10th and we’re cutting closer 🙂
