Order STILL in packaging but should arrive 12/20?
So I placed an order on 12/10/19 for a Christmas gift for my husband. It was an Apple Watch. Now seeing as how I don’t make very much money at my job I chose the flex pay option so that I could get him a nice gift but pay on payments which is more affordable for me. On 12/12 I received shipping confirmation that the item was shipped. When I checked the tracking number on the HSN site imagine my surprise when low and behold the “shipping confirmation” was showing item in packaging waiting for pick up by UPS. After calling customer service asking when UPS will pick up my item they informed me the orders are taken to UPS ? Not picked up by them. Ok fine.. so on the 13, still waiting for UPS.. the 14th the 15, and STILL TODAY the 16th.. WAITING FOR UPS. After calling customer service for aprox the 4th time I am told by customer service they don’t know where the order is and there is no way to find out but at this point it can be considered “lost”…..
WOW. OK..I said ok send me a replacement out ASAP please as this is the ONLY GIFT I HAVE FOR MY HUSBAND. Bet ya can guess where this is goin right!?! SOLD OUT!! They are now SOLD OUT of that item. They then tell me they can refund me the money but it will take 3-5 business days to go back on my card. So now, I have no gift, and no money to even buy him another one. So I then ask them to just apply what I have already paid towards a different watch.. of course they “can’t do this” I would have to place A NEW ORDER!!! Why would I do that!? I couldn’t do that even if I wanted to because again.. YOU HAVE THE ONLY MONEY I HAD TO USE FOR HIS GIFT FOR THE ORDER I PLACED ON 12/12!!!!!! To top it off I was looking at reviews on some other apple watches in a different size on the HSN website and THREE of the reviews state that instead of receiving the 38mm size watch that they had ordered they were sent the 42mm size instead… huh… that’s the size I ordered. Guess I now know why you are unable to send me mine.. because it was more than likely sent to someone else by mistake! I also asked if I could just wait and have them send me the item when it comes back in stock..you see I assume it is going to come back into stock because under the item where it says sold out it also says “HAVE US EMAIL YOU WHEN THIS ITEM IS BACK IN STOCK”… but the customer service person tells me “we don’t know if it will ever be back in stock or not”….WHAT!?!? Then why does it say that and not “out of stock and not sure if or when item will be available “!?!? This is just a joke at this point. I think my favorite part was when the customer service rep told me that if I started a refund then a tracker would be put on the package so they can definitively know where it is. So you can put a tracker on the package for YOU… but not for ME. Super.. Well ok.. my faith in customer service at this point is at an all time LOW. You have my money, you have my item.. and even if you refund me (Which I don’t want because I want the item I ordered!)I won’t have the money in time to locate another watch and order it to get it here in time. Thanks HSN.. you really know how to mess up Christmas.

I am Having some of the same issues that you had in 2019. I ordered my Daughter a tablet on the 11 I believe and it said I would receive it by dec 21 . On the 15th I got a notification that it had been shipped on the 15th Well it is now the 23rd and I still have not received the tablet and when I call all they can tell me is that ups does not actually have the item yet . Like you this is the only thing I could afford for my daughter for Christmas so I am really stressing… I hope it arrives today.
