I ordered a package that says delivered how ever I have not received it. What should I do next?

I’m truly sorry for this extremely delayed response and that you never received your package, @loviebree. Since I no longer have this item available, I’ve issued you a refund for your order. You should receive your refund within 72 business hours to your original method of payment.
