Order not in stock
Ordered the skinn dermapeal other day when it was suppose to be in stock. Got an email this morning saying it’s not and waiting for a restock. If it’s not then it’ll be canceled. The issue I’m having is beauty items continuously say it’s in stock when it isn’t. This has happened numerous times. Used my spendable cash and coupon for this order. The spendable cash I received for the NFL Bronco blanket that said shipped but just label created and not really shipped but charged for. That order I did cancel. HSN really needs to make sure things are stocked before posting they are. And also talk to the companies about being able to fulfill those orders.
