Order Not Delivered

I had 2 orders out for delivery. The 6 inch brother hoop and the Cricut mini heat press. Both were marked delivered but only the Cricut mini was delivered. It was delivered at 16:53 on 9/16. I was home and saw the UPS truck. The system states the hoop was delivered 9/16 at 10:04. I was home and there were no deliveries and UPS does not make 2 stops in my street. It appears the hoop is lost? What do you recommend. Refund? Send a replacement?

@emt1404, I see that the hoop was left at a dock and signed for by Kevin. Seems like they delivered this to the wrong person. Sadly, I don’t have anymore in stock. We can only issue a refund. Would you like it to go back to the original method of payment or Spendable Ka$h(in-store credit)?
