Order Lost
I ordered the two of the Fitflop Today’s Special, one pair got to me yesterday and the other pair is apparently lost. I called CS and was told I would have to wait but I am afraid the item will sell out while I wait could somebody please take a look at this for me.

@saveyshop7 I’m sorry there is a delay in shipping. Your package is not lost, it is on it’s way to the UPS facility and is scheduled to be delivered on or about May 3rd. Please let us know if you do not receive it by then.

Thank you for your quick response but obviously there is a problem as it states it never made it to the UPS facility. Sure I can wait it out but the whole point of my post was that if the item sells out by the time the item does not show up “waiting for it” there will not be a replacement to be sent. Is there no way to check if it has been found yet or not?
