order in "packaging" for more than a week
I placed an order more than a week ago. Originally it said it should arrive by 9/25 but the entire time the status has stayed at “packaging”. I seriously doubt I’m getting it by the 25th. I wish I hadn’t used my HSN card because I have already paid for the initial FlexPay charge for this! I’d rather just cancel the order.

I have 2 orders stuck in packing- one order is 2 different Andrew Lessman vitamins and the other is Birkenstock sandals. Can you see that they ship- I paid extra to make sure the Birkenstocks get to me quickly. Thank you,Marie.

@ellierosie I am very sorry for the length of time it is taking to get your order to you. Since this item comes from our vendors warehouse, we have to wait to hear from them with the tracking information to update your order in our system. I understand your frustration as you need the iPad right away. If you don’t receive it by October 25th, please let us know and we can look into other options.

I’m deeply disappointed by this news. The first customer service rep I spoke to said I’d get the item “before” the fifth of Oct. The second said the item was “ready to go”, and would be there by the fifth.
What has happened? Is the item in stock? What made it move from “ready to go” to not at all ready to go? Will I ever get an update about where it is, and why it hasn’t moved yet?
What do I do about flex payments? I’m reluctant to make another payment before I get the item. I don’t even know if I will get the item! I note its sold out now. I had ordered it before it was, and was told there would be no problem getting it on time. Now I just don’t know.
I ordered this iPad air for a class. My class is going to be over by this Friday. I have ongoing zoom meetings and conferences and I thought this item would be perfect for it. I signed up for these with the iPad air in mind…now I struggle without the item I thought I could use.
I’m an older woman who is starting her second career in ministry. It’s so important to have something like this ipad air for my distance learning classes and small groups which I am expected to lead. My antiquated tech now is a burden to teach and learning.
If there is anything you can do to expedite this order, I would truly appreciate it. Thank you, Blessings to you.

I ordered an item on Sept. 18, and still haven’t heard a thing on it. I’ve checked with customer service twice and on both times I was told they couldn’t tell me anything but that the item would arrive by the fifth of OCt. It’s been thirteen days without a word.
Although I should start a new thread for my item, I wanted you to know this delay doesn’t seem unusual. It’s happened to me, too.
I wish HSN would be more transparent about where an item is and how long it might take to get to us. I love their items and flex pay, but shipping appears to be a problem and erodes confidence in them.

Since this item comes from one of our vendors warehouse, we have to wait to hear from them with the tracking information to update your order in our system. Please allow us up until 10/1 to receive it. If you don’t receive it by then, please let us know and we can work on finding an option to assist you.
