Order from Aug 25th stuck in packaging

Come on people, these packages need to get moving. I have 4 Marla Wynne items stuck in packaging since Aug 25 that were supposed to be delivered today. Nordstroms, Saks, Dior, Chanel ( all ship free), all ship next day. You need to improve your warehouse shipping. This is getting ridiculous.

In response to this 28 minutes later I get 4 emails saying my package will be late and not shipped until next week sometime. Others have already received their orders. This is why, aftterspending 10’s of thousands of dollars on HSN, I am going elsewhere to shop.
