Order Error
All I get after entering all details correctly is the following error message:
“OOPS!
Unfortunately, there was an error processing your request. Please try again or call customer service for assistance.”
Already contacted Customer Support via Live Chat. They told me this should not be happening and to try logging out of my account completely, closing my browser and to log in and try again, but I tried this and nothing happened. They also suggested I call the customer service number to complete the purchase over the phone, but I do not have the availability to call at the moment, and this item is running out soon.

This happened to me yesterday. Once I cleared “cookies”, it worked.
