Order delivered to wrong address
I was just checking the location of my package and UPS says, “WE TRIED TO DELIVER TO THE BUSINESS, BUT IT WAS CLOSED. A SECOND ATTEMPT WILL BE MADE THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.”
The city it was being delivered to is about 30-40 minutes south of me. According to my account page it says it’s shipping to my town. I’m not a business location so I’m unsure where it was being shipped to. Is there anyway HSN can check the shipping address? This is the first time this has happened with UPS from HSN.

I’m truly sorry for any frustration the shipping has caused, @ane1there! I would be happy to review our options. The Cricut orders were delivered on 6/21. Was it this order, or another that was delivered to the wrong location?

I believe UPS wasn’t aware that USPS was closed in observance of Juneteenth as the order was originally scheduled to be delivered by USPS the following day. When they arrived to USPS and were met with it being closed they had to reschedule deliveries. In doing so, my other orders came into town, and UPS decided to just deliver them to the house instead.
A similar incident happened about ten years ago when the USPS carrier glanced at the address and tried to deliver it to another street, in another town, with a similar name. Problem was, that street only had a few homes and none matched my house number. I wound up having to pick it up at the post office in that town as they weren’t allowed to try to re-deliver it.
When this alert showed up I thought, “Oh no. Not again.” Ha! I’m glad it worked out. Thank you for your reply.
