I got a message saying my coat was delivered and it was not delivered

I am sorry to hear that you didn’t receive your order, @dkrkk. I checked the tracking info, and it shows that it was delivered to your front door. Did you by chance check with your neighbors in case they picked it up for you? If you did and you’re unable to locate it, we do have this item available if you’d like a replacement.
