
Order Cancelled
Very disturbing that my order for Christmas was cancelled but my card was still charged. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. This is disappointing during these times we are living in. I thought hsn was reliable.

I’m very sorry to see your order has been canceled. Sadly, we were not able to process your order on FlexPay @jmir9. Please know this won’t prevent you from being able to order items on FlexPay in the future. Once an order is placed, we’ll put an authorization hold for the amount we plan on taking. When the order is canceled, the hold will normally stay for 3 days depending on your banks policy. I’ve sent your bank a request to have the authorization hold released at this time.
