Order cancelled but still charged
Hi,
I don’t understand. Can you all help me out here? I placed another order with you all for the Bissell all in one vacuum cleaner. I did the usual check out process. At the end, I was told that I was denied flexpay and to pay in full, however the money still was taken out. This would have been my 3rd order on here and im confused as to why it was denied, moreso, why my money is being held?
May I receive a refund for the order? How long before I receive it? If it is not taken care of, then I will have to approach my bank for further assistance to retrieve my funds. Thanks.

I don’t appreciate y’all canceling my order and take my money I’ll report y’all to the better business b and see if y’all like that! Customer service even laughed at me cause y’all took my money yall as a company I would recommend anybody to order from y’all people work way to hard for their money! I’ll be sure to give y’all a bad review and tell people on Facebook and other social media how y’all did me .

They took my money too and Employee #112140 (probably not even real) was rude and nasty and he said he was a manager. then the 2 ladies were rude as well.

I am experiencing the same situation right now and in my case i have no one to talk to since their customer service representatives are in Florida which is going through the hurricane. This is so frustrating, I just ordered a labtop computer via flexpay which was cancelled but they still charge my card. I will report them as well. This is so not the way to do business.

I’m truly sorry that your Bissell was canceled, @kaminarihime! I understand your concern and would be happy to explain. When an order is placed, we do authorize the amount with your financial institution. When they see this, they will place a hold on the funds for usually 3-5 business days. Since the order was canceled, we’ve requested to expedite this authorization release and you should see those funds back in your account within 72 hours.
