
Order Cancelled and No Refund
Hi, I had my order cancelled for Legend of Zelda Tears of The Kingdom when wanting to buy it and the order was cancelled. I chatted with someone a few days ago in the live chat about what went wrong and they redirected me to a phone number to the I think Verifications Department, I think its called.
And I was told that my money was on hold and that the game was sold out, which is understandable. I also was told that the money would be sent back around Midnight around that time on Tuesday/Wednesday. And its Friday already and I still haven’t received the refund for my order. I don’t mind that I can’t get the videogame but it really does hurt to lose the money I spent on that out of thin air like that basically.
I can understand somethings go wrong and that there’s miscommunication sometimes, I just want to know if I’m able to get my money back or not.
