Order canceled holding funds!
Order was also canceled yet they still held almost $300 of mine for 4 days until I called tonight and they told me they would release it within hours which I said was not going to work because I needed that money to survive so I was put on hold and thankfully they said I’d be released immediately or by midnight so I’ll keep everyone posted. I’m wondering if I was being told the truth or not. The customer service person who helped me was Monica and ended up being very helpful.

I CALLED TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE MY FUNDS WOULD BE AVAILABLE TO ME AFTER MIDNIGHT (she said it would be available instantly or midnight at the latest) AND AS NO SURPRISE TO ME IT WAS STILL NOW SHOWING UP IN MY ACCOUNT. I CALLED VISA AND SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR AND SHE SAID THAT HSN NEVER CALLED TO REQUEST FOR THEIR HOLD TO BE LIFTED AT ALL! IT IS NOW THE 24TH AND STILL NOTHING. RIGHT NOW IT’S THE ONLY MONEY I HAVE TO LIVE OFF OF AND THEY HAVE IT HELD FOR NO REASON AT ALL AND IT’S HARD TO FEED A CHILD WITHOUT ANY MONEY WHATSOEVER! IT’S DISGUSTING HOW THEY HOLD YOUR MONEY AFTER THEY HAVE ALREADY DECIDED TO CANCEL THE ORDER! FYI TODAY IS THE 24TH AND I’M SO UPSET WITH ALL THE LIARS AT HSN
