Online Chat is not working.

Can someone please help me? I have called twice and I still gives me an error message as follows:

HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request

Message Request header is too large

Hmm. I am so sorry this continues to happen to you. When you visit us, which browser and operating system are you using?

As a workaround, if you visit our Facebook page, you can send us a private message that way. It works very much like chat, but through Facebook as opposed to hsn.com.

I am also having this issue. I have gone to Facebook and used the PM. This has been an issue for about a month now. I have cleared my cashe and cookies.

I am also unable to chat live. Coupon good for today only on my account and it will not work.

I know how you feel. This has be happening to me for a long time now, I tried changing browsers, that helped once then that one started the same thing., Now I get it when I click on something I’m looking at. ….. Pain in the ****. 😉
