Ongoing problem signing on and ordering
HSN some of your customers are having trouble signing into their account for weeks now. It will not sign in even changing the password. Also, your website is terribly slow if I can even get it to order at all. You must be losing a ton of $ cause there are many times in the last few months I just gave up ordering. My mom also could not sign on all day today. The customer service reps cannot help so what are you going to do about this? Does anyone even care about losing money cause I spent my hard earned dollars elsewhere today?!

Google and I have tried other browsers, nothing changes. Please fix your issues, I imagine you are losing a ton of $ if shopping becomes cumbersome to customers.
