One Order, Same Item – THREE different order numbers, wrong address – Cancelled
Online I watched the presentation on the Toucan Wireless Security Camera. I decide to go online and order 3. I do a Guest Checkout because I could not remember my account info. I enter a different shipping address from my billing address. I receive a message indicating the billing address does not match my credit card. I updated it and it automatically changes BOTH addresses to the billing address. I call the 1-800 # and get Tara who said she would have to cancel the original order and enter a new order to correct the shipping address. I say OK – then – she finds that I have another account and she would contact Customer Service to merge the 2 accounts. Without notice I get transferred to another rep, who had no prior knowledge of my purpose for calling or the reason I was transferred to her (“cold-transfer”). After explaining all again, and being asked shipping and credit card info again – I just cancelled.
