Oh no, not Mail Innovations!!!!!
HSN promised this long time customer they would never use mail Innovations again for my pkgs. But the Piney Flats distribution center has chosen to save a few cents and lose customers that live only MINUTES away!!! Our pkgs go to Smyrna TN and Butner NC and bounce around for weeks only to be damaged or lost.

We are sorry to hear that you’ve experienced problems with Mail Innovations packages being sent to your address, @nurse557. We realize how frustrating it can be to anxiously await an item and then for it to only arrive in poor condition. To avoid having items sent via Mail Innovations, there are expedited shipping levels available, and that would ensure other shipping methods (UPS for most items). At this time, we don’t have another way to guarantee no Mail Innovations for your orders. I’m sorry.
