PURCHSED A COMPUTER VERY UPSET BECASE I HAVE A LOT OF ACTIVATION FROM NOVA
cannot get any of them! plus, it came with Microsoft office, and I am being
charged for Microsoft. this is not right!!

    Are your sure about Microsoft? The reason I say this is because I have purchased many computers with Microsoft office offered and there is usually a code or some type of activation with it. I can honestly say that has never been an issue with me. As a matter of fact, the last computer I ordered (last year) Microsoft just deducted it from the yearly fee I would have normally paid (or I guess you could say, added it on to my acct. so I did not have to pay anything). Look for code or perhaps contact Microsoft. Just a suggestion.

    I’m truly sorry that you’ve been having difficulties with your new computer, @sue74743! We want you to enjoy all of your orders and I would be glad to investigate this with you. I was able to find a set of 2 HPs that were ordered on 11/06/2022. While I’m unfamiliar with Nova, I can share that the computer included one year of MS Office. Beyond that you would need to purchase it through Microsoft directly should you wish to keep it. Please allow me to apologize for any needless frustration this has caused.
