Nova not responding

Bought the daily special HP laptop with extra software and promos. Have tried following the directions to activate the USA.novadevelopment.com/promo/46505 to no avail. I have called HSN support, no help. Have not tried calling Nova as they want to charge me $9.99 to ask for help. what a rip off. Where can I get this problem solved. I also called Hp trying to get help. Nothing seems to work.
