Nova development software

Purchased a HP laptop 2 weeks ago which supposedly came with free software for downloading and valued at approx.$100. Had no success downloading the software and no success contacting their support system.I feel that HSN got scammed and as well as I.

I just purchased the HP 14″ Touchscreen laptops and have not been able to activate per the instructions given. I would like to keep the laptops, but if I am not able to receive the promos. Please help

I must say I am extremely disappointed with this product. I am really shocked that HSN would be involved with such deceptive selling tactics. I have always counted on HSN for my electronic devices. Now what do I do?

@puppybreath8 I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with this software. I’ll forward your feedback about this to our leadership teams.
