Have a major issue, why was I on payed back for a return $16.66 when I paid $30.11? That is crazy I understand the $5 spendable cash be taking but their more then that taken away. Please refund me the correct amount back to my hsn card. On the Judith Ripka necklace

Hi @own5pets, I took a look at your order and see that you were refunded $16.66 because we issued you a refund on 12/15/2019 for $5.50 and you were deducted the fee associated with the return label of $7.95.
