Not delivered
I checked on my order # ******8281 today , website says delivered and I got nothing.. order is over $100 . Where is my package ?
I ordered 2 day delivery and it’s been well over a week then it’s saying that I received my order and I got nothing . Please help !!

I just had to pay $14.75 to send back HSN’s mistake , yall really nees to make this right ! I can provide a receipt from the post office .

I really am sorry to hear that you hadn’t received your order @telly73. I checked the tracking and it shows that the package was delivered on Monday, 5/2 at your front door. Did you by chance check with any neighbors in case it may have accidentally been delivered there? If you’ve checked, please let me know and I can send out a replacement since we have the color you selected in stock still.

My neighbor says they haven’t seen anything. I was hoping it would come today but my mail ran and still nothing. I just don’t understand.

I am very unhappy ! I received today and was the wrong item . I ordered item#122-6639 convertible backpack and I got item#123-8736 crossbody. This is nowhere near what I ordered. I am going to the post office and returning today , please send CORRECT item. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with HSN and not to mention a real inconvenience , I hope that yall work on your customer service in the future because if not you will loose valuable customers. I order alot of stuff from HSN but I will not continue if customer service doesn’t improve. Thanks !
