NOT CREDITED FOR MANY RETURNS YET
Will someone please get my returns taken care of? I am sick of returning and then after a month having to call/wait to speak to cs rep to then finally be credited. Disgusting.

Also past few times no return label included so phoned & requested same to be sent & I elaborated via snail mail, still recd. email??? Does anyone listen? Ok again phoned & repeated frequently if I had a printer I wouldnt have bothered you in the first place!!!
Ok received. Geez, After all that explaining, what I was sent were labels for ups only. Couldn t send via post office. Ok, live in wee lil town. NO UPS, Only way to return is our lil store in town, believe it or not is dry cleaner, pharmacy, bait shop, hardware store, & for $2.00 will have ups pick up there. Adds to return shipping fee. Almost ready to cancel chg cards & never order again. Too much stress.
