Not as advertised
There is an HSN spotlight video with Emily Lampa and on it ahe states that May 1 through 4 there will be 5 flex pays on everything!!! I replayed it it and it really says that. However, no 5 flex pays this weekend or today. I chatted with customer service and they play dumb “do you have a copy of that” or something like that. How aggravating! Do what you advertise HSN!
