Not able to check-out
I’ve tried purchasing on both the app and website but it gives me an error every time and says to call customer service. If I wanted to call and make the purchase I would have already done so. I like the convenience of making ONLINE purchases. Why do I have to call?

I am having the same issue. I keep getting an error message but I don’t have any past due payments.I really wanted to order a gift for a relative but I don’t feel like calling right now

I would double check your account and make sure it’s not suspended. I have seen someone else have that problem and it end up being that they had past due Flexpays. HSN will not allow you to make future purchases if you have past due Flexpays. Not saying that’s the problem. But if you contact customer service, they can look into your account for you and help you solve the issue. Hopefully you can get it figured out and make your purchase.
