Nordictrack Elite 1000 treadmill purchase experience
I would have left a review but HSN still says I didn’t buy this item…which I did. I’d have to echo all of the many reviews I read regarding the poor experience with this purchase, including the delivery service. I’m amazed I got the treadmill at all after reading other posts. As others stated, it did not come with the heart rate monitor or with 1 year Ifit family membership (no activation code card in the package apparently). I was able to get them to send the heart rate monitor but I tried calling, live chatting over several days trying to resolve the Ifit membership. My account reflected 1 month vs. the one year membership. I finally kept on the chat hold like forever to get to a helpful agent Bailey. But to accomplish getting the one year Ifit she wanted proof that that was included…(1) on the package…no…that was in shredded condition upon delivery and has since been disposed of. (2) on the receipt? no there is no mention of it. BUT I recorded the TV promo…I got to the part where 1 year Ifit was, snapped a pic on my phone, emailed it to me, downloaded it and then sent it to her….it worked. If not for that I’d still be dealing with this. There are no live bodies to contact apparently..Not sure I’d ever buy a big item like this thru HSN
