No Video Presentation ?
Hello , I notice another Topic, But afraid you may not see after a Mod answer the Previous . I Can’t see any Video Presentation . I get a BOT Message . Black screen states to sign in My computer . I sign in and out Numerous times . I deleted cookies etc. Please Help .
Trying to start my Holiday shopping like others . Thanks in advance .

That’s really odd that you are seeing a bot message when trying to view the video @ladiebiker. I just tried to duplicate it and had no issues viewing the video. Have you tried clearing your browsers cache & cookies to see if that clears it up?
What browsers are you using?

It takes me to You Tube. I have NO intention of doing that. It is ridiculous that we can’t see video presentations. In a lot of instances that means I will NOT be buying that item. I want to see its movement and how it looks on various sizes. You are hurting yourself with this new rule HSN.
