
No updates on orderes
I never receive emails about orders or updates. QVC sends them, but since you merged, I receive nothing from HSN.

Hi @kandrj, I really am sorry to hear that you haven’t been receiving order updates from us. Other than checking your SPAM folders, I’ve also double checked on our end and saw that your email had been unsubscribed in 2014. I’ve reactivated your email in our system, so you should start receiving emails within the next few days.

They are going to your SBC email address. Would you kindly check your Spam/Junk folder to ensure they are not being kicked over. You can also access your account on our site to view order status, etc.
