No sound in product presentations
Why on earth would anyone think that it’s a good idea to have no sound in product presentations and only tiny captions? The older presentations still have sound, but the newer ones don’t. I want to hear presenters and hosts talking about the products they’re selling, because they might be supplying information that the viewer would like to know. This is a definite turnoff for me when it comes to purchases.

There’s a little slider bar at the bottom of the video — you need to turn up the volume.
