No return labels enclosed

Lately on the items I received, there are no return items enclosed. How do I return items?

    How do I get a postage paid label for a defective product return?

      I am sorry to hear you received a defective item @crk0420. Do you mind providing us with the item number of the defective item? In the meantime, you can print off a label from your order status on HSN.com.

    The last 2 times I have needed to return an item there was no return label. What is up with that? I called on the earrings they sent a label but it was a UPS label. So I keep them even though I hate them. Now the sneakers are too small and again no return label. I just got off the phone and she said she would said out an easy return label. If this is a new policy to make it more difficult for returns HSN needs to publish it…then I will discontinue my 20 year relationship.

    Well – since I first called, there is a RETURN OPTION on the order which provides a RETURN LABEL. That wasn’t there last week.. SO that solves my problem, but I am concerned that your CS group is giving out incorrect information.

    I had a similar situation. When I called into HSN, the CS told me that the section of the area with the return address was a return label (she explained how the bar code indicated the HSN location) and I just had to cut that out and put it on my package.. I did so and the Post Office returned my package due to no postage. The section I cut out said that an amount would be deducted from my refund by using this label. So what is it? Do I pay for postage or do you? Please let me know what to do now.

    I’m truly sorry that some of your orders need to be returned, @maximum16, but I would be happy to help with this. Most of our orders will include an EZ Return label on the Shipping invoice, however, there are a few items that are shipped directly from our partners which are unable to include those labels. For these orders, we will include a return address and if you have any concerns with these items being Damaged or Defective, please reach out to us directly at 800-933-2887 and we’ll be happy to assist you with the return.
