No refund
I purchased the Altafit watch only to discover the blood pressure readings were totally inaccurate. I used the label on the packing slip which clearly stated “use this label for returns.” Turns out it was the vendor label, not sure what the difference is, and after many calls to customer service, there is nothing they can do to issue my refund. I have been a loyal HSN customer for years. I may rethink my loyalty after this occurrence. Why encourage and state the use of this label if it doesn’t allow for the return!!

Unfortunately, the label included with your item was only an address label, which means you would have needed to reach out to us for a return label or purchase one yourself. I realize this situation is less than ideal, and I sincerely wish we could help further. Without a tracking number or proof of the return, we’re unable to issue a refund at this time.
