I returned the Neena ankle booties on December 26, 2023
have not received my refund.

when I called customer service no one had a clue.
no one knew where my returned item was
so now What?

I would like to know how my $59 refund got changed to $43 in spendable kash ?
I have an email stating my refund would go back to original method of payment.
Original method was visa card. -
Yes I do have the receipt, some numbers are worn off the receipt
I was in the holiday return time , boots were returned on December 23, 2023-

I’m truly sorry that these booties haven’t been refunded, @elle565! After reviewing the order, I see that it needed to be returned to the manufacture directly. When you spoke with us earlier today, we set a return exception for you since the order is outside of the Holiday Return Timeframe. Do you have the return tracking number used to send these back?
