
No further tracking
I returned an item on 10/05/20 order **********. I used the USPS label and I went back to the post office to find out where it was because I was unable to track it any further. It says it was turned over to the returns agent on 10/06/20 and no further tracking was available. I wanted to know if it had been received by HSN yet. The USPS tracking number was **********. Thank you!

Today is October 14, it has been 6 days since it was in NJ. I still have no refund and no way of tracking my return. Has it been received by the warehouse yet? Still waiting and would like some more help, please.

Hi @wend, I took a look at your return and see that it was tendered to the UPS Mail Innovations system and shows it’s on its way to our warehouse. The latest scan shows that it is currently in NJ as of 10/8.
