No EZ Returns
I’m sorry about your huge charge for returning an item. I learned that too! I had two Slinky outfits I needed to return after Christmas. Noticed they are charging $7.50 per package even though I have the HSN card & the outfits were only $20 each.
I won’t be buying anything anymore from HSN or QVC. I’m done. Good luck to the rest of you. That used to be a perk of having an HSN card. We can thank QVC for this. Former customer for 25 years ,Donna
