NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL???
What’s up with not receiving confirmation email when you order??

@starryeyed12, sorry to see this. As long as you don’t check out as a guest, you should receive email confirmation emails for your orders. You may want to check your spam and junk folders to see if they ended up there.

I’m sorry that you haven’t received your email confirmation, @nana6188! Rest assured, I’ve verified your orders and they are being shipped. It can take up to 24 hours once the orders have been placed, to receive a confirmation. You’ll also be notified once they ship. If you still haven’t seen the confirmation by the end of the day tomorrow, 2/17, please let us know.

I have checked the status of my two pending orders. One has been shipped and the other is in process. I still have not received an email on either one of these and I have checked my spam.
