I have checked the status of my two pending orders. One has been shipped and the other is in process. I still have not received an email on either one of these and I have checked my spam.

It can take up to 24 hours once the orders have been placed, to receive a confirmation. You’ll also be notified once they ship. If you still haven’t seen the confirmation by the end of the day tomorrow, 2/17, please let us know.

@starryeyed12, sorry to see this. As long as you don’t check out as a guest, you should receive email confirmation emails for your orders. You may want to check your spam and junk folders to see if they ended up there.
