NO Alternate Entry Option for G-O-T-W…

Hello… Unsure why this is. Been w/HSN 20+ yrs and play(ed) ARCADE A DECADE+ and NEVER had this issue before. Using SAME (MOST updated-Mobil/desktop) devices. I CAN (or so I believe anyway) enter/redeem tickets for prize items-though ABSOLUTELY 100% IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND “ANYWHERE” on HSN site the Prize Winner’s List!!! I “was” ALWAYS able to enter “Alternate Entry” – (2) tickets per entry max 20 entries equaling total of 40 tickets redeemed. THIS OPTION NO LONGER APPEARS IN THE REWARDS STORE … or, it’s just unavailable to me. WHY IS THIS? Has something changed? Can someone PLEASE CLARIFY? THANK YOU SINCERELY, HAPPY NEW YEAR!! =)
