I’m in the same boat – I ordered a gift for Christmas on Nov 30th. The UPS label was created on Dec 1. I received an email from HSN saying my package had shipped on Dec 3rd and yet it still sits there today with just a label created. It was due to be delivered by Dec 10th. When I contacted HSN they said I have to wait until Dec 18th for them to mark it as lost so they can refund me. They are also sold out of this item 🙁
