Never Received "Beauty with Benefits" bag from HSN

In May I purchased one of the specified products, Ahava Dead Sea Water Foot Cream”. I never received the beauty bag. Has anyone else not received their bag? I remember from last year, it took a long time for HSN to send them out. But, now it is the end of August.

Oh no @cookiec25 I see your Beauty with Benefits bag was shipped on 4/27 and delivered. It is associated with the order of the Fountain of Youth Handcream order from 4/25.

Sorry, I associated it with the wrong product. I received the hand cream, but did not get the Beauty with benefits bag from HSN. It may have been delivered, but I never saw it. I guess it’s possible it was stolen off my front steps or back deck. Just disappointed that I never got it. Do you have the tracking number?
