Nespresso TS – Poor Registration and Redeeming of Promo
I had to call Nespresso 3 times to get the machine registered. Then they said there was a problem with serial numbers for the machines sold by you/HSN. Then the promo code would not work. They said again, there is a problem with the promo process and code on machines sold by you.

I have the same issue and I contacted HSN and their only solution is for me to return the machine for a full refund. All I want is what was offered live on air.
