My Third Attempt to Get A Response From HSN Customer Service. PLEASE RESPOND!
HSN: What is UP with the bad packaging from HSN? High shipping costs and I receive clothes in bad condition, NOT packaged properly. Case in point: Received a sweater dress recently from SinnyGirl, $98 and I received the dress wadded up like a ball stuffed in a dirty 8×10 inch plastic bag! Pilling all over it, lots of tiny grey hairs on dress, stretched out and wrinkled!! NO SkinnyGIRL TAG JUST THE ONE INSIDE THE NECK! Every single time I call about this I just get oh I am so sorry! NOT good enough HSN, as new merchandise “should be new” I’m not buying “as is” merchandise I am buying brand new items. There have been over a dozen times that merchandise has been sent to me like this.
