My teachers code

I got verified through id.me and received a code from you. I tried using the code online and it does not work. I called HSN customer service and they told me that the problem was at id.me. I called id.me and they said the problem is with HSN.com. I’ve spent 3 hours trying to make a purchase. I’m not worried that the product will be sold out and I will miss out.
