My order was cancelled randomly–refund question
My sons birthday present order was cancelled randomly with no explanation about an hour after ordering it. When will the money be refunded into my account?

Order number: 1636753464 and 1636753716 was cancelled on 12/25/2019. Please issue my refund! Now!!! This is unacceptable

Hi @linds90, I’m sorry to see that your son’s birthday present was canceled. It looks like it was canceled due to FlexPay Eligibility. I’ve sent an electronic request to your financial institution to request the funds be released. The time frame as to when those funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution’s release of funds process.
