I cannot look at my account. There is a little arrow/scroll by my name that just keeps turning around but will not show my account or order status. There is a new title that says recent views???? What is going on?

Are you using the App or Web to access your HSN account? If you are using the Web please clear all cookies and cache.

  I contacted customer service via Chat about an hour ago. Here is their response:
  
  “I’m so sorry you are having issues accessing your account. Regrettably, it appears there is an issue on HSN.com that our Technologies Team is currently working to resolve. ﾠI kindly ask that you try again in about an hour or so.”
