Money taken!

I see the other posts about this! Why is this happening! I don’t have the money to be taken from and on a hold? I ordered a vacuum cleaner and used a debit card and asked for flex payments and it told me my order couldn’t be processed but charged my card! I yse cash app so you can’t contact my bank! I want my money back this is .
