
Money taken out of account but HSN cancelled the order
What business has the right to take money from a customer and then say we can’t fill your order? I was denied flex pay, no idea why and I don’t care but you took the money out of my account! I need that to purchase something from a REPUTABLE business! Saying “it’s just a hold, nothing was taken, youll get it back in 5 days” is NOT going to cut it. Order #1863577436
You all should be absolutely ashamed, I saw many other comments just like mine. It’s really sad. Do not offer flex pay to ANYONE without verification if youre going to do this. It’s sick to hold up money from people like this, 2 weeks before Christmas.

I’m truly sorry that your order was canceled, @dena57. When an order is placed, we authorize the payment and your bank puts a hold on the funds. We’ve requested to remove the hold, so you should see them released back into your balance within 72 hours.
