Missing Refund

I contacted HSN more than a week ago about a refund error and was told I would have my refund in 3-5 days, it has now been more than a week and still no refund?? Order #1758009746

Hi, @bodanni. We see that the refund was processed on our end and sent over to PayPal on 10/13. We don’t show that the refund has been accepted by PayPal. We recommend contacting them directly to see if there’s something holding your refund up on your account, or if they could advise how many more days it might be. Their phone number is 888-221-1161. They’ll be your best bet to shed some light on this situation.

I have contacted Paypal, before I contacted HSN again. Are you sure it was sent to the correct account, my Paypal email address is misstlcmn@yahoo.com (as listed on my order payment) They have no record of any transaction coming from HSN in the amount of $6.74 or in any amount at all. I am very unhappy about this whole thing. First I had to seek out my money when I returned DAMAGED merchandise and HSN tried to keep my money and now I have to badger HSN to get it back, this is unacceptable. I suggest you re-issue it through Paypal or mail a check to my home address because I am not going to let this go until it is resolved.
