Missing Refund

On July 9, 2021 I ordered the Too Faced Enchanted Wonderland Makeup Set w/Shadow Insurance (Item 125-8672) and it arrived broken/smashed. I returned the item 2 days later and received acknowledgement of the return on August 10, 2021. I still have not received a refund of my order. I am a little confused as to what the problem is, my order arrived damaged, I returned the item, HSN received the item and I should have my money refunded. I would appreciate any assistance in the resolution of this issue and I am quite disappointed that I had to seek out my refund. Thank you in advance for your help. My order number is 1758009746.

So sorry for the delay, @bodanni. I’ve taken a look, and accidentally you were charged shipping to return the item and there was nothing left to refund. I’ve gone ahead and reversed that. You should see your refund to your method of payment within 72 business hours. We are sorry for the confusion.

  Hi Joel, I have not yet received my refund and it has been almost a week??? I would appreciate any help getting this resolved for good please.
